BANQUET ROOM POLICIES
• A $100 deposit is required to book facilities for parties of 20 to 50 persons. The deposit is deducted from the final bill.
• The minimum number of guests required to reserve the banquet room is 20. However, if your party becomes less than 20 people, the deposit put on the room will be lost and not deducted from the final bill. In the month of December, the fee for fewer than 20 person parties is $125.
• Cancellations made 30 days in advanced will be fully refunded. Thereafter, no refunds on deposits will be issued. Absolutely no refunds in the month of December.
• One week prior to the event, menu selection and number of guests is required. An exact amount of menu items will be required. This information is essential in the ordering of food and scheduling of employees.
• Appropriate sales tax and 20% service charge will be added to all items.
• Absolutely no separate checks
• $10 corkage fee on bottles of wine (when applicable).
• $0.50 cake fee per person (when applicable).
• A $5 fee per table set up fee will be added for furnishing tablecloths and centerpeices (when applicable).
• A $30 clean-up fee will be added for the use of glitter and/or confetti.
• All Special Order items (*) that have been ordered and/or prepared, will be charged.
